A single leaf from the so-called Zwolle Bible (Utrecht, UB, Ms. 31) made from 1464 to 1476 for Herman Droem (d. 1476), dean of the chapter of St. Mary at Utrecht; private collection, Cologne, since the 19th century; sale, Cologne, Venetor and Hanstein, 14 March 2008, lot 514; purchased in above sale by Dr. Jörn Günther Rare Books AG; purchased by a private collector, Germany, 2012; acquired from the above by Dr. Jörn Günther Rare Books AG, 2012; purchased from the above by the Western Art Foundation, 2018; donated to NMWA, March 2019.
